What’s Happening in the Early Childhood Center!
The School year is flying by and March is upon us. Hopefully the ground hog knew what he was doing when he did not see his shadow..
Informational Note: CENTER IS CLOSED ON GOOD FRIDAY.
Full Time Program will be open over spring break for those who have registered.
Open House
The Early Childhood Center’s Open House will be Sunday, March 20th from 1:30—3:30 pm. Tell your friends and family that this is their opportunity to stop by to tour our facility and meet the teachers.
Kindergarten Registration for the 2016/2017 School Year
If your child is in our 4-year old or Kindergarten Readiness Program, the elementary school has sent home in-house registration packets for next year. If you have not received one stop by the Preschool office, we have extras.
Summer Program
Did you know that St. Peter Preschool and elementary school (K-8th) have a Summer Program? Be on the lookout for more information and registration forms in March.
Book Fair
Be on the watch for information concerning the Book Fair, March 7th through the 10th. Family Night is March 9th from 6:00—9:00 pm.
Spring Pictures
March 9th and 10th will be Spring Picture Days. Individual and class pictures will be taken at this time. Please try to make sure your child(ren) arrive on time.
Spring Break
The Center will be CLOSED GOOD FRIDAY , March 25th. There will be no preschool March 28th through April 1st. We will be open for the Full Time and Extended Day Programs. Please make sure you have turned in your registration for these days. Remember there is no Food Service, you must pack your child a lunch.
A Southern Soiree
Spring Gala

The moment we have all been waiting for. The 2016 Spring Gala is almost here!. The theme this year is “SOUTHERN SOIREE”. The silent auction fundraiser makes an enjoyable evening of community building with amazing food, spirits, dancing and music provided by Rob D’Agostino. Proceeds from the event will help enhance the quality of Catholic educational programs within the parish. Tickets can be purchased starting March 1st for $50.00 a couple or $25.00 a single for the first week thereafter it will be $60.00 a couple or $30.00 for a single. For additional information feel free to call the school office @ 233-8710 or the administration office @ 233-1503.
Security
Security is very important to us at St Peter and we are asking for your help. Parents please do not open the doors for people you are not familiar with or do not know. .
Meadowview Garden Value Fundraiser
With Spring planting on everyone’s mind the PTO will be selling value cards from Meadowview Gardens. You will save money on all your purchases with this card. Be on the lookout.
Speed
When dropping off or picking up your child please adhere to the traffic pattern you were given at the beginning of the school year. You enter from Chambersburg and exit by the back gate. REMEMBER THE SPEED LIMIT ON SCHOOL PROPERTY IS 5 mph.
